Refund/Exchange Policy
You can exchange a hairshirt you have ordered for another hairshirt if there is a problem with the material or workmanship
of the one sent to you, or if it is not what you ordered (for example, the shirt is the wrong size or color, or
the hair image printed on the back is not the one you selected). No refunds.
Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you want to exchange your hairshirt, send an email to contact@hairshirt.com with the name of
the person who purchased the hairshirt, the date it was purchased, the order number, and the
nature of the problem with your hairshirt.
Shipping information
It should take about three business days after you order for your hairshirt to reach you through the mail. It could reach you a little sooner if you live on the east coast of the U.S.
